Do I have to pay by Credit Card?

No, you do not have to pay with a credit card, we have other options available. However, paying with a credit card is much quicker. We can send your order on the same day it is ordered when you do pay with a credit card. Other options we have for payment are checks, international money orders & wire transfer into our bank account. A wire transfer takes around 48 hours. Checks & international money orders can take up to 10 days. Just make sure your checks & money orders can be cashed in Australia. We have had to return some checks to the USA because they were only negotiable in the USA!

I get a error message when I try to order

Security is always a big issue on the internet. Because of this, firewalls have become a necessity, we use Zonealarm. Here lies the problem, our shopping cart requires that "Cookies" be enabled on your web browser & some firewalls restrict cookies. To fix this problem in Zonealarm, open the control center. Click on the "Privacy" tab, click on the "Main" tab, in the "Cookie Control" section, slide the slider down to medium or off. Now you should be able to order with out receiving an error message.

What size didge should I buy for a learner?

For a learner I recommend a didgeridoo that is 47" - 55" long or plays in the key of C or D. If the didjeridu is much longer, it will play a very low note & will take a lot of air to blow. If it is much shorter, it will play with a high pitched buzzing sound. Therefore a mid sized & mid ranged key would be best suited for a learner.

How long should a didge last?

If your look after the didgeridoo properly, it should last a life time. A couple of things to keep in mind though. Do not store your didjeridu in direct sunlight. Try not to take it from one extreme in temperature to another. For example from your air conditioned car to a hot day outside, or from your heated house out into the snow. Try not to drop your didge onto any hard surface.

How do you replace the mouthpiece?

Place your bees wax in a cup of hot water (not boiling water) boiling water will make the wax melt, we only want it to become soft. Once it is soft enough to mould you can roll it into a long cylindrical shape, just like a small snake. Starting at one end of the "snake" press it onto the end of the didgeridoo. Continue pressing it all the way around the top of the didgeridoo. While it is still soft, mould it into a size & shape that is comfortable on your mouth. If you have enough wax left over you can melt it & dip the mouthpiece into the molten wax, this will make it look neater & help to prevent your mouthpiece from falling off.

How often should I replace the mouthpiece?

There is no set time limit for a mouthpiece. It all depends on how much you use the didjeridu, how you store it & how dirty or damaged it gets.

Does the didge require sealing?

All of the painted didjeridus have been sealed & do not require any further work.

The sanded didjeridus can be sealed by us before we send it to you, or if you are going to paint it yourself, you can seal it after you have finished painting.

The unsanded didges have had no work done on them at all except for the adding of a mouthpiece. So after you have finished sanding your didge & or painting it, it will require a coat of varnish or lacquer.
